The next step is a visit to our facility by key individuals from your
organization and a meeting with our team managers, which helps to increase your comfort level with our business.

We then begin to gather necessary information to determine the types and extent of services that we may offer. A team of specialists will collect information on your organization’s internal processes so that we can duplicate and perhaps even improve on your company’s current methods. Our team will closely examine all the services that you request and the areas that are, or may be, impacted.
Our goal is to equal or improve the areas of service currently being experienced at your company. Your organization has a single point of contact at BFIS while our team is assembling the data.
Proposal Presented
Once we have all the necessary information about the way your organization conducts daily business, we offer our proposal. Each proposed contract is unique, and custom-designed to that company’s specific needs and requests.
