We can provide a “ready-to-move-into,” global-class facility with all the basic necessities. Our data-grade HVAC system was designed and installed specifically for an IT structure. From our twin, 250-ton Trane chillers, and seven, separate Air Handling Units, to the two, separate power grids with auto back-up supply, our building and equipment is managed and maintained in a professional manner, offering exceptionally high availability and reliability.
Power to your equipment is reliably provided from
two separate power grids (northeast and northwest Ohio) with automatic fail-safe cutover. In the unlikely event that both power grids should fail, your equipment will continue to be safely powered by our
multiple UPS units. Backing up the uninterruptible power sources is be the large, 1500KW Kohler Diesel generator with 1875KVA that will provide power indefinitely until power is restored while client systems continue to run without interruption. Back-up and emergency systems tests are performed throughout the year at regular intervals so client equipment risk is always minimized. Allowing BABT to manage the facility which hosts critical and non-critical servers often helps to save our clients money on their IT budgets.
