Milestones

• Initial operations began in 1968 as a corporate entity providing centralized data processing and network management for Firestone’s North American divisions.
• In the late 1970’s, expanded high-speed printing and mail service to support the growing needs of the credit card business.
• Began selling services to outside customers in 1987 on ad hoc basis.
• BABT established as a division of Bridgestone Inc. on January 1, 1996 to sell computing and printing services to internal and external customers.
• Today, BABT is a $60 million operating company of Bridgestone Americas Holding, Inc., providing services to 150 external customers.
