Our world-class operation runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; we never close. This allows us to provide our clients with operations coverage that ranges from prime-time business hours to full-day, 365 days per year service.

Security Around the Clock

BFIS offers a modern, 24-hour physical security system that includes electronic, on-line card key-controlled entry, and digital camera surveillance that monitors all main areas surrounding the building, all exits, and a single, main entrance, providing safety and security for clients’ hardware on our floor.

There are sign-in and escort procedures for all data center visitors. Logs are maintained to keep track of all persons gaining entrance at any time, to ensure the safety of client equipment. There are alarmed emergency exits. Access to the BFIS Akron facility is limited to identified personnel and is open for periodic inspection. We offer our clients’ equipment a high degree of protection and safety.
